Refund and Returns Policy
General Policy
Pixel ParTee LLC aims to provide an exceptional mobile golf simulator experience at every event. Because each booking reserves specific dates, staff, and equipment, all reservations are subject to the following refund terms.
Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
- Bookings made within 7 days of the event require payment in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations by Client
- More than 14 days before event:
- Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded in full or may be applied as a credit to a future event within 6 months.
- 7 days before event:
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- 50% of any additional payments will be refunded; remaining 50% may be applied as a credit to a future booking within 6 months.
- Less than 7 days before event or no-show:
- No refunds.
- At our discretion, a partial credit may be offered for rescheduling, subject to availability and any additional travel or setup fees.
Cancellations by Pixel ParTee LLC
If Pixel ParTee LLC must cancel due to equipment failure, staffing issues, or other circumstances under our control, you may choose:
- A full refund of all amounts paid, or
- To reschedule the event at no additional charge on a mutually agreed-upon date.
If events are impacted by severe weather, unsafe conditions at the venue, or factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., road closures, power outages), Pixel ParTee LLC will work with you in good faith to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, partial refunds or credits will be considered case-by-case.
Weather and Site Conditions
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable, safe location (space, power, overhead clearance, access/parking).
- If the event cannot proceed due to unsuitable site conditions not disclosed in advance, no refund will be issued.
- For outdoor events, if severe weather makes it unsafe to operate, Pixel ParTee LLC will attempt to delay, move indoors (if possible), or reschedule. A full refund is not guaranteed in weather-related situations, but reasonable accommodations or credits will be offered where possible.
Service Issues and Partial Refunds
If a significant portion of the booked time cannot be delivered due to equipment malfunction or operational issues directly attributable to Pixel ParTee LLC (and not to venue power, connectivity, or site conditions), Pixel ParTee LLC may, at its discretion:
- Offer a prorated refund for lost time, and/or
- Provide a credit toward a future booking. Minor interruptions or brief setup/technical adjustments during the event do not qualify for refunds.
Custom Add-On Services
Custom services (e.g., branded scoreboards, custom golf bags, printed materials, or third-party add-ons) may be non-refundable once ordered or produced. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Include your name, event date, booking number (if applicable), and a brief description of your request. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Policy Changes
Pixel ParTee LLC may update this refund policy from time to time. The current dated version in effect at the time of your booking will govern your reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Price are subject to change without notice.
